Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing and Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped within one (1) business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your package. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (when available at checkout)

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@gamerghosts.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as when shipped
  • Include all original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging materials
  • Show no signs of use, wear, or damage beyond what was described in the original listing
  • Not have been altered, modified, or used for non-intended purposes

Important: Any unauthorized alteration and/or non-intended use of any item shall void eligibility for returns and refunds.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Digital download codes that have been redeemed or activated
  • Items listed as "As-Is," "For Parts," or "Not Working" (unless significantly different from description)
  • Items that have been altered, modified, or show signs of misuse
  • Items returned without prior authorization (RMA number)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@gamerghosts.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Description of the issue or reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable for defective items)
  2. Receive Authorization: We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address within 1-2 business days
  3. Pack Securely: Package the item in its original packaging with all included accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  4. Ship It Back: Send the item to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email
  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item is returned in unacceptable condition (damaged, altered, missing components, or showing excessive wear), we reserve the right to:

  • Issue a partial refund reflecting the item's diminished value
  • Deny the return and ship the item back to you at your expense
  • Deduct the cost of missing accessories or packaging from your refund

Refund Method and Timing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after we process your return for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

90-Day Limited Product Warranty

Warranty Coverage

All products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. If a product stops working due to a manufacturing defect or normal use within 90 days, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware failures under normal use
  • Components that stop functioning properly

What's NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Water damage or liquid exposure
  • Physical damage (cracks, broken parts, etc.)
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Software issues or user error
  • Items purchased "As-Is" or "For Parts"

Warranty Process

If a product develops an issue within 90 days:

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@gamerghosts.com with your order number, description of the problem, and any relevant photos or videos
  2. Receive Instructions: We'll provide troubleshooting steps and, if necessary, a warranty return authorization
  3. Ship the Item: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method
  4. Repair or Replacement: We will:
    • Repair the defective product/part and return it to you, OR
    • Send you a replacement product of equal or greater value, OR
    • Issue a full refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced
  5. Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you

Warranty Determination

All warranty claims are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to determine whether an issue is covered under warranty. If damage is determined to be caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or other excluded causes, the warranty will be void.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective or not working as described
  • Significantly different from the listing
  • The wrong item entirely

Please contact us immediately at returns@gamerghosts.com. We will provide a prepaid return label, and you will receive:

  • A full refund including original shipping costs, OR
  • A free replacement shipped at our expense

Important: Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for our error resolution policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Initiate a return for your current item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you'd prefer

This ensures you receive the item you want as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.
